COMPAS is a fully hosted solution requiring no integration, implementation, setup, or maintenance on your part. This Software-as-a-Service application is accessible via the following web browsers: Internet Explore (IE), Safari (Apple) and Firefox (Mozilla).

Hosting

COMPAS is hosted in a secure (SSL Encrypted) environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Our datacenter facility has multiple points of redundancy across our servers, storage, power, cooling, internet connectivity, and infrastructure allowing it to be SAS 70 Type II compliant.

Backup & Recovery

Your data will be backed up nightly in a separate datacenter for redundancy. COMPAS performs all maintenance and upgrades seamlessly without downtime and service interruptions.

Security

COMPAS utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access COMPAS, using any of the capable browsers previously mentioned, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology will protect your information using both server authentication and data encryption which ensures that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organization. COMPAS will provide each user in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs on. For the highest level of password protection, we require passwords to be at least 8 characters long including a mix of letters and numbers. COMPAS possesses the ability to allow designated COMPAS administrators to track users’ activity, when they’ve logged in & out, what their IP address is when accessing COMPAS as well as restricting certain IPs. COMPAS administrators have the ability to customize each user’s access levels.
