    The Situation:

    Allstaff Services not only provides great talent across many industries, they bring a flexible workforce to fill temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire opportunities. This all encompassing staffing model isn’t an easy feat, but with experienced leadership and a dedicated recruitment workforce they’ve been able to come through on their client promises. The result is a loyal client base, but one with increasing demands due to Allstaff Services’ success.

    The Challenge:

    With success came a growing contractor workforce and internal team, which resulted in more processes to manage and higher operational costs. Since they were only going to continue embracing new business, they needed something that allowed the internal teams to better communicate and track data between their colleagues, clients and contractors. Ideally, they needed a technology to improve front end processes such as prospecting, client management, job order management, applicant searching, etc. as well as back end processes such as time & attendance, accounting and payroll integration, operational reporting, and more.

    The Response:

    Allstaff Services chose the Enterprise Edition of COMPAS to run their recruiting processes from end to end. They migrated off of another system to jump onto one that could easily be configured to their needs and consistently enhanced from their input and the input of COMPAS’ user community. COMPAS professional services team migrated both front office and back office data, trained the different teams, and rapidly had them up and running with a system that can scale to any size. Additionally, Allstaff selected COMPAS’s Enterprise Edition because it integrated easily with Inuit’s QuickBooks Account Platform and Paychex’s Payroll platform, Preview.

    The Result:

    Over a year later Allstaff Services has significantly streamlined their payroll and accounting processes while opening up new offices and capturing more business than ever.
